Ya know... perhaps one of the better ways I have heard of to get a person like this to learn a good lesson is this: Put them on an 'autoreply' on OUR end too so they get individual messages from all of US that auto respond to them so nicely that their mailbox is bombed into submission. For us it would be some irritation...but on their end, they would have to sort through hundreds of autoreplies. Of course OUR auto reply messages should always courteously ask them to NEVER put us on their autoreply list ever again. He's on my list now so he's gonna get a message or three from at least one annoyed person.
