FWIW,
I bought a working Transwarp GS running at 8Mhz from Bill Garber (maker
of the RAM-4-GS expansion card) this time last summer for $100 flat,
shipped at the same time I bought one of the RAM cards. I thought this
was a very reasonable price considering the demand for these cards.
Undoubtedly cards configured at faster speeds will fetch a higher
price, perhaps closer to the $200 mark folks are talking about.
And no, that link is NOT the Transwarp itself. It is merely an upgrade
for the cache on the Transwarp for cards that don't already have a 32k
cache.
Incidentally, the 8Mhz card I bought from Bill is already 32k. I think
that's the highest they go.
It is still in my ROM 03 GS today and working great.
