Greetings. I found instructions for battery installation in a IIGS

also ID-ed the battery as a TL-5101 3.6 Volt. It appears my GS is an
earlier version (ROM1?) as the battery is soldered in. So I need to
get one with long leads. An online search revealed numerous sources
and a great variability on price, but most in the $8-18 range. I feel
sorry for the person who goes here first <http://

like the Mac, the PRAM battery needs >replacing. Where is the battery
