IIRC, the Ramworks works in all ways like a regular 64 kb expansion RAM,
except for programs aware of its higher capacity. It should allow you to
use 80 columns and double hi-res.
If your current memory expansion card is larger than the aux slot and
has a 16 pin connector on one side, it may be an AppleColor memory/video
expansion card, and then the 16 pin is a connector that allows you to
plug an RGB monitor, which should work better for 80 column and double
hi-res video modes. You need the IIe RGB monitor (I'm not sure how it's
called) *and* a special dongle to use it. I think I have read somewhere
that the AppleColor's video port is compatible with that in the back of
the Apple IIc, so an RGB monitor designed for the IIc may work also, but
I can't say for sure.
