I always thought that "Apple2list" was the best of the three Apple II
mailing lists that I was aware of. The other two are Yahoo! group mailing
lists. IMHO, the Apple II community is not large enough to support multiple
mailing lists. I had wanted to start a campaign to have members of the two
Yahoo! groups to join Dan's "Apple2list" but never did so.
Now, Dan has decided to move his Apple II mailing list to Google groups.
The only problem is that there is already a Google group for the Apple II
community, better known as "comp.sys.apple2". As I am already a member of that
group, I do not feel the need to join with the "new kid on the block".
