Thanks for the feedback. I have fixed the typo and submitted the updates to SVN.

I also added a few more functions. 

BOUNDS-FROM-SURFACE, BOUNDS-FROM-WH : Generate a bounding rectangle, and
BOUNDS-COLLISION? : Check for a collision between two bounding rectangles.

I'll work though the SBCL warning messages over the next week or two and update 
SVN as I go. Good to hear that someone else has had success with SBCL and win32 
using Lispbuilder.
