Forwarding to the apreq dev list where all libapreq requests should be
sent to.
I'm not working on libapreq at the moment. Hopefully someone will pick it up.

I would like to make a request to the documentation of Apache::Cookie.
Could you please add a note:
"if calling Apache::Cookie->new( $r, ... ) causes a segfault, then
consider calling using $r->env instead of $r. e.g.
Apache::Cookie->new( $r->env, ... )"
This simple change worked for me. And would help many others I think..
