Don't bother; dyld is doing the right thing by failing to load a module with unresolvable symbols. Other dynaloaders are sometimes too lazy to care about unresolvable symbols until they're actually needed. Consider testing for APR::Request if it bothers you to test for APR::Request::CGI.
