Win32 (VS2003) - httpd/2.2.3 - ActivePerl 5.8.8.819 PASS Apache-Test PASS mod_perl FAIL libapreq2
libapreq passed the 2 sets of C-based tests and failed the 3rd set (quite miserably), so it may just be a bug in Apache-Test. I'll look into it and send a proper bug report with details to apreq-dev shortly.
