Yes, I think so; but there is no such bug with apt or with synaptic.

Recently but as I run aptitude sometimes (mostly when apt fails for some 
reason), I don’t know if it’s very recent or not.

apt-listchanges works fine with apt and I use the GTK application.
Maybe it’s because I run aptitude through sudo, I don’t run apt with sudo.
What’s is interesting is that there is a coredump.
