The accounts are created only in the respective setup wizards. So
you have to call the ofxconnect wizard (aqofxconnect-qt3-wizard) -
either this is installed into /usr/lib/aqbanking/plugins/0/wizards/
aqofxconnect/aqofxconnect-qt3-wizard or you simply call the
executable from the build directory. In that wizard you can create
new accounts. Once this is done and the wizard exists successfully,
then QBankManager should also show these accounts.
At first I thought I had multiple settings files problems, but it
looks like something else:

If I create the missing settings files (and it took me quite a while
