Did you set "export CVS_RSH=ssh" as described on
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=115695 ?
... but apart from this setting there is pretty much nothing else that
you can check locally. Usually it's only that sourceforge is down,
especially the pserver (anonymous) access. With sourceforge, this
happens every now and then. (One out of many reasons why gnucash prefers
to be hosted on its own server...)
However, Martin and I have continuously been accessing the ssh cvs
during the last hours, so right now the ssh cvs doesn't seem to have
problems...
