the us/banks.data with a date April 4, 2006 is out-of-date.
Ameritrade has changed their ofx server address.
Chase has completely relocated all of its online connections as of
February this year.
It would be particularly interesting for me to have the Chase data
current in aqbanking because their new info combines both banking and
credit card connectivity at one server address (i.e., there is a
bankID for Chase accounts, and I can see if that works for my credit
card downloads).
