Es scheint, als wuerde Deine Bank eine ungueltige TAN-Methode uebermitteln...
Erlaubt sind 990-999, nicht aber 900.
Koenntest Du bitte mal Deine Datei $HOME/.banking/settings.conf durchschauen,
nach den folgenden Gruppen "tanMethod" und mir diese zuschicken?
Bei meiner Bank sieht das beispielsweise so aus:

int process="2"
char methodId="iTAN"
char methodName="Indiziertes TAN%2DVerfahren"
int tanMaxLen="6"

Ansonsten waere vielleicht noch das anonymisierte Log interessant...
