A similar (maybe the same) problem occurred to me when setting up a
second PIN/TAN account for another account at a different institute than
the first PIN/TAN account. The setup wizard definitely messed something
up, asking for a PIN code for a DDV card when trying to use the second
PIN/TAN account.

I fixed that problem directly in the configuration files. But as I
thought that I made something wrong I didn't report the issue yet.
