Apparently you mixed up the versions:
> aqbanking-tool           2.3.3-1
> aqbanking16-qt-wizard    2.2.3-3
> libaqbanking-data        2.3.3-1
> libaqbanking-plugins-lib 2.2.3-3
> libaqbanking16           2.2.3-3
> libcbanking16            2.2.3-3
> libqbanking4             2.2.3-3

Please make sure you upgrade *all* AqBanking packages to the same
version. I suggest to run an "aptitude update && aptitude upgrade".
