Well, entire *offline* portion of Arachne now builds under Linux and
Clementine, but same code still compiles and runs perfectly under DOS
to !!!! It's all done via #ifdefs. Under Linux, only demo-frontend
works, I haven't dared to launch full Arachne user interface yet, and
of course, only 8x8 fonts are implemented so far. But I hope to
implement it soon.

(Clementine is the next big thing to come after Linux... maybe. It's
kernel-less realtime OS invented by Suntech)

I have little trouble setting up CVS, but people from suntech.fr are
helping me a lot. Arachne will be shipped in two flavors, one dynamicaly
linked against SVGAlib, and one against GGI, which means, that it will
run also in X !!!!!

Arachne for Linux executable without network, but with full GUI linked
in, is only 200 KB big - and I want to keep option for Arachne to run
only with default fonts, so minimal Arachne distribution should be
REALLY small ;)

Arachne may be released under mySQL-like licence soon: source code will
be open, but companies will have to pay.... but I am not sure yet.
