Hi Michael, et al.

V1.64 (for DOS) seems to work pretty well, except for a couple
of pre-existing bugs ...

I was a little disappointed to find that the following bug (see further
down) was not addressed. However, I also have new information
about this bug (which hangs the PC!) : If Arachne is configured for
"No Virtual Screens", this avoids the problem.

Status of other (previously reported) bugs :
1. Ignored data packets received from ISP at >9600bps (fast response):
This seems to have improved somewhat, although some of the
ISP's pages still cause a problem. Not sure if the improvement
is due to changes at the ISP end or to Arachne. Note, I believe
this problem is (was?) what causes very slow access for some
    people in VESA mode.
2. Crash when receiving "shtml" pages from ISP:
All the ISP's "shtml" pages (and most of the other pages) have
changed recently and this problem no longer exists (or is
dormant). Note, I suspect this problem is/was related to (1).

BTW, there are a few "silly" little bugs which don't ever seem to
get fixed ... is there any interest in reporting these? What about
typo's, etc.? Obviously, these are "low priority" matters ... I just
want to know *how* low. ;-)

Regards to all,
Joe.
