DOS is ill from very beginning. Some ideas are maybe good - I dont mind
system with single user logged in at one time, I dont mind system with
only one foreground task, etc. But I need file access rights, as I can
never secure my PC completely (and I dont consider DR-DOS PASSWORD command
is substitute), I need at least simple multitasking (eg. runing app not
being able to crash entire system), and mainly:

I dont think so. The concept is too bad. If you fix the most serious
problems, you will got another Windows 9x ;-)
