Well, it's now almost a year since the first release of the
LSPPPCFG package (to make it easy to use LSPPP with
Arachne) ...

Now I have another accessory available for LSPPP, which
may be of interest, although rather more esoteric (niche).

I find that LSPPP is much more stable than, for example,
EPPPD. However, there are times when it too "locks up",
so that I have to terminate the PPP session and re-dial
(which means paying for another phone call), even though
the modem is still on-line.

So, I had the idea to copy the LSPPP resident image from
memory after establishing a PPP connection, and re-writing
it if a "lock up" occurred (providing of course, that the whole
system wasn't also "locked up" or unstable). The end result
is the LS-LSPPP (Load/Save-LSPPP) program.

I consider this program as "experimental", in the sense that
it is only intended for those of adequate knowledge, that may
want to experiment with this kind of thing. Results so far
have been good, with no unexpected surprises (I have built-in
as many safeguards as possible, given the nature of this
program).

Anyway, if this sounds useful to you, you can download the
program and it's documentation from :
