I don't like it much, myself. I dislike pages that are overly busy. I hate that the apparatus overwhelms the content. Lots of frames and windows and peepholes and you can't really see anything. But the world's not listening to me. Seems like web designers want to include everything in one "monster" page. Everything all at once and overlapping!
