Ok, I tried your WWWman.
I like the size. The snapshot is too bright for me.

BUT !
It crashed my box when I tried to use it with this line in mime.cfg:
file/*               >HTM|[10]h:\mywwwman.com $1 $2
Actually, it crashed my memory manager. QEMM.

I (and Michael I think) would like to see WWWman replaced by something
like a Midhight Commander thing. Anything you can do in this direction
will be appreciated. Colors should be user programmable of course.

We can ALMOST do it now with existing Arachne functions.

Arachne needs to have some frame bugs fixed - in particular the one
that overwrites my .cfg file if I back up too much.
Generally frames need to be straightened before the above will be safe.

BUT, you can try to write some single small com that will be needed
when we get safe frames. ;-)
