Did You load any of Your drivers high? Try to load a umb server (like
emm386.exe with disabled EMS (noems or frame=none options)). I installed
Arachne on a similiar machine like Yours (Toshiba laptop with 4MB,
PCMCIA modem, DOS 6.22 and it was room in UMB for all the driver stuff.
