Sorry Clarence, NO!

Scotch tape is from the manufacturer, who is originally 3m's 
(Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing) so it's a fake.

Scotch toffee is a "Hollywoodism" made up by you colonial cousins, 
the correct adjective is Scottish.

Oh and Jake asked about Scotch mist, which doesn't exist anyway, so 
that doesn't count (really, I forgot that legitimate use of Scotch as 
an adjective, but should I admit this to the list?).
