It could be difficult to adapt some of these customizations to new versions of Arachne and keep them working. But you are right: there should be some add-on not only to the programme, but also to the documentation. Clarence does a very good job with this (see his periodical publications on Arachne home page). As indeed, the possibilities of customizing Arachne are unlimited, you can give only examples. But they could teach you, how to customize what (how to start a program, how to switch between CFG files, how to modify the SAVE AS screen, etc.). And they can inspire...
