This line is informational. It tells you what to do if you ALREADY have
a packet driver loaded, possibly in autoexec. In this case, you would use
Connection Ready instead of Connection @EPPP......

I understand what you are going through. None of our suggestions work so
you are grasping at straws. Don't give up. 
Maybe there will be better suggestions, but for now, please try this manual
attempt:
CD \arachne.

Miniterm [ENTER] (this should display all the action on the screen while it 
dials and connects to your ISP. Tell us what happens at the end. There should 
be a lot of garbage if your ISP switches to PPP.)

EPPPD [ENTER] (This should load the PPP driver. Wait until everything stops
and again report the final information shown on the screen and anything else
you think useful)
