'ALT-X' brings you to DOS. If you read something like 'V1.70;rev.3'
you d/l the newest version.

In arachne.cfg of V1.70, there is a new keyword 'CSS Yes/No'.
If you copy arachne.cfg from a 1.6x version to V1.70 it will not be
there.
