Thanks Dev, but I believe all US versions of NetScape already come with
128 bit encryption capability starting with version 3.  Up until just
recently all programs capable of 128 bit encryption were prohibited from
export.  Such programs are still prohibited for export to certain
countries which the US has identified as terrorist states.

The non-US members of this list will most likely find your announcement
most useful for their needs.

As I had stated before, the problem is not with the 128 bit encryption.
MSIE 3.02 can handle that, but it won't display the logon screens because
the security certificates have expired.  Lynx386 for DOS will display the
logon screen and you can log in, but you can't go to the page having your
bank account data because of unsupported URL schemes and JavaScript
infestation, etc.
