No, because I didn't like the "scroll to help" function so I deleted it. <g>
To replace it, I created a button to a common EditHelp page on each of the
"compose" screens.

But I probably didn't actually READ the EditHelp because I was too interested
in the re-design play/activity, which turns out to be non-trivial if you want
to keep your work-in-progress in the editor. <G>

Is there something about the extra "F3" mode there ? I'll have to take a look.
