I agree, somehow this needs to stop. Since I pay for it by my money, time
and HD space the person responsible should pay me. Hmmm... I wonder if I

Sam, this is why you shouldn't drive the car in the first place. If you
would have walked you wouldn't have been likely to break any law when
looking at them. Additionally, you would then have had a larger chance
making a fool of yourself infront of them instead of a policeman. ;-)

The problem (as W0rm pointed out) is finding them. I wish I could just mail
their ISP and they would take action shutting them down. That would also
teach them a leasson. Excuse me I need to write two mails now, it's
atleast worth a shot.
