>If I have a legal W95 I also have IE 4. Text602 and Tab602 are made >for users who cannot exist without Windows environment.
Not true. First, the OEM versions of win95, even for version 2 come with IE 3, not IE 4. Second, and more important, there is that fellow I believe in Australia that has the free program to remove any version of IE from any version if windows, except I believe XP. It was a critical part of the american lawsuit against microsoft to counter its claim that its operating system would not run without IE installed. It was later shown how ordinary mortals could remove IE from windows, or prevent it from being installed to begin with and get an OS that actually ran better than it did before (part of the uninstall was replacing the 98 shell with the faster 95 one, etc.). Therefore I repeat: Why would a competitor to MS OFFICE want to force users to have IE installed, in order to use their product? Somehow does not seem to go with the spirit of providing alternates to microsoft, especially, given its incorrect claim that IE was essential to windows.
