Michael's email address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] The Arachne website says that the system administrator can be reached at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Also the contact information given at http://labs.arachne.cz has phone numbers in Prague for the Arachne office and for Michael's cellphone and home phone. Somebody should call him on this as there are a number of people who are trying to unsubscibe from the list and the complaints just keep coming.
