If the flow was all, none of us would still use DOS at all ! DOS is a minority interest and non-english DOS a minority of that. However, limited value or not, I'm sympathetic to the view that multi-language support should be provided, but the effort of doing so may well not be viewed in the same light by the person having to do it !
