No, I don't unfortunately. But there may be a work-around.

IIRC doing downloads with X-modem requires you to enter the name that 
the received file is to be saved under, whereas Y- and Z-modem preserve 
the original name and date of the file during the download.

So using X-modem for your file downloads should solve the problem. The 
only hard part is that you need to work out what the new filename is to 
be.
