hier ook zo'n probleem maar ik zal maar verder gaan in het
Engels. Dat is voor de rest van de gang wel zo prettig.

I described a similar problem at my neighbours house.
After I installed Arachne for them Arachne was OK for about one month
and was suddenly not dialing any more.
At home I had a spare copy of their installation and tried it on my
computer... with their username and password... no dialing in either :-(
Investigation did not bring a solution and the only advice I could give
was to take another provider.
Their provider was: filternet.nl operated by the EO broadcasting
society.
Perhaps the two providers are in some way connected like HetNet and
Planet are both from national telephone compagny KPN. It is almost
certain KPN uses the same computers for HetNet and Planet.
If i recall correctly filternet.nl did not function with Arachne from May
2003 or even April. Dialing in with Win Outlook is OK.
Another of M$ miracle tricks??
