Yes, you can use the community version of ArangoDB in commercial projects. 
ArangoDB is licensed under Apache 2. An Enterprise version with additional 
features and production support will be released with 3.1

Clustering works very well. With ArangoDB 3 you get self-managing cluster 
capabilities. Yes, you have a Master/Master setup and you can choose to 
replicate asynchronous or synchronous.

2. Does it works well over google cloud compute engines Ubuntu linux ?

We never heard about limitations on Google. We are all Linux fans and 
ArangoDB works just fine with Ubuntu.

3. Hows ArangoDB performance over OrientDB?
