Hi, please note that we switched to cmake with ArangoDB 3.0 so these files aren't used anymore. In general I'd advise not to start with ArangoDB 2.8 anymore.
In the old Autofoo build process, you have to re-run make setup to get changes to the Makefile.files imported into the currently used build system.
