Depending on what you want to have you've got 2 options: a) For getting specific information from e.g. all documents, please use RETURN function: https://docs.arangodb.com/3.1/Manual/GettingStarted/ComingFromSql.html
b) For getting just specific documents which match a specific condition please us FILTER function: https://docs.arangodb.com/3.1/AQL/Operations/Filter.html One can also combine these functions.
