Hi,
the log fragment indicates that the cluster was not completely started and
so it is unhealthy. If you look at the offer it
contains: {"name":"disk","type":0,"scalar":{"value":1462},"role":"*"}
While I don't know how exactly you started ArangoDB I suppose that you
configured arangodb to need more than 1GB for its data. So my assumption
here would be that your machines still have a lot of CPU and Memory
resources but that disk space is running low and so ArangoDB refuses to
start.
