Anyway, theirs being the canonical source for almost every library, since it 
ships with and is implemented by Unicode.org contributors and backed by IBM 
historically, it is the foundation for many platforms' implementations as well.
Gnarly big code base, but gets you consistency that somebody else maintains :D
