Hi, I assume you are using the community version of ArangoDB (the enterprise edition has a different hotbackup feature: https://www.arangodb.com/docs/stable/programs-arangobackup.html).
For the community version backup/restore can be done with the following command line utilities: https://www.arangodb.com/docs/stable/programs-arangodump.html https://www.arangodb.com/docs/stable/programs-arangorestore.html Please let me know if you have any further questions!
