I took another close look at this one. Besides the opinion (which doesn't say much other than _NFILE==20 and defaulting to unsigned char is ok), there doesn't appear to be much that could ever be opened. It's all encumbered material. In broad terms, the materials provided include ABI drafts and copies of private discussions about the implications of the ABI versus other known ABIs. That's about all I can say; I can't even tell you who was involved in the discussion. I don't doubt that there were eventually public documents published for the ABI bits discussed here, but the original documents were encumbered, and I can't undo that. I've opened the cases. I doubt that they're as helpful as you may have been expecting, but the materials were at least fairly simple to handle. -- James Carlson, Solaris Networking <james.d.carlson at sun.com> Sun Microsystems / 35 Network Drive 71.232W Vox +1 781 442 2084 MS UBUR02-212 / Burlington MA 01803-2757 42.496N Fax +1 781 442 1677
