Add a comment explaining that RISC OS accesses ST506 drives 1 and 2 for
ADFS drives 4 and 5 despite the drive number being two-bit.
Add extra debug to SetFilePtr() for when an access is out of range.
Rework SetFilePtr() to be more readable.
