I'll see if I can tidy up my IDEFS module, and file modules for IDEFS
and HostFS next week and pass them on to Michael or Peter.  My work
requires a new HostFS module, as it claims the ArcEm SWI block.  The way
I've got around this is creating a new ArcEmSupport module that handles
that (and may be useful for DMAness later), and have converted HostFS's
source to something that can be assembled more easily with 'as' from
GCCSDK.

The copyright issues are somewhat stickier than that apparently.
Certainly, both ROL and CTL don't interpret the licence for early RISC
OSes as allowing this, or dumping the ROM from the machine.
