This reminded me of an off-list conversation today about whether 3.1 is the same as 3.10. Acorn (and OS_Byte 0) called it 3.10 so I think we should standardise on that too. (Also, ArcEm surely runs fine with 3.11 so this actual bit of text should reflect that.)
