[arch-dev-public] space problems on gerolde

I removed the contents of /home/package-cleanup which made 13GB free. I
don't think it will take long time before /home is filled up for 100%
again, so we should take action here.
What actions do we take? Cleaning things up? Getting more harddisk
space?
