[arch-dev-public] Moving libjpeg (and boost)

Hi all,

I think it is about time to move the libjpeg rebuilds.  This requires 
moving boost too as there is an overlap.  Does anybody know of any 
blockers here?

Issues I know about:
1) konquerer - issues with jpeg scaling
2) openjdk6 - issues opening jpegs

Both are not being considered blockers (with konq the web just looks 
funny and very few java programs use jpeg images and there is jre as a 
backup).

If I don't get a reason not to, I will do the move in 24 hours.
