Hmm I was still waking up and did not have enough coffee. I thought it was Andy that said : "I plan to begin work on Xinjiang this Wednesday." , and was like "whhaaat?" I either did not see "ado" signature or that ado != andy :) Also I am still wondering what "working on Xinjiang" mean. I thought Xinjiang could also be a software project. But apparently not. So I guess he just meant "in" instead of "on" :)
