It was turned out that steam-native won't run without gtk2, so we need
to remove 'steam-native-runtime' from the [multilib] repository. This
would also make it possible to drop several other legacy libraries as I
reported earlier. [1] I think these packages would fit better into a
third-party repository rather than the official ones as nobody fixes
CVEs in them.

If no one has objections, I'll drop the following packages and their
lib32 counterparts to AUR:

- glew1.10
- libgcrypt15
- libidn11
- libjpeg6-turbo
- libpng12
- librtmp0
- libtiff4
- libudev0-shim
- libvpx1.3
- steam-native-runtime

This will not affect the 'steam' package, which uses its own provided
runtime libraries.
