Summary:

Adopt Least-Resistance Consensus (LRC) as a lightweight, iterative and defined
consensus finding mechanism, that measures an option with lowest measured
resistance.
This helps to achieve fast, fair, minimally bureaucratic and well defined
consensus measurement that enables a better understanding of a group's stance
compared to the current approach which often relies on consensus based on lack
of objection.

In practice, the unclear terms of our decision-making process often lead to
long running ambiguity: a proposal may not be clearly accepted or rejected, and
decisions can stall because there is no clear consensus measurement within the
group.
